DDoS-attacks (Distributed Denial of Service)

A form of cyberattack in which attackers use multiple computers or devices to simultaneously direct a huge number of requests to one or more servers, services, or resources. The goal of such attacks is to overload the target system and render it inaccessible to legitimate users.
