Release 2.45: Litecoin, Withdrawals from Low Balances, and Expanded Notifications

Welcome to the new BitHide release! We’ve added full Litecoin support, expanded the notification system, and introduced a new withdrawal option that prioritizes addresses with the smallest balances to help you distribute funds evenly across your portfolio.
Litecoin Support Added!
Litecoin, one of the first and most well-known altcoins, is now fully supported in BitHide. Create addresses, send and receive transactions, and restore wallets using a mnemonic phrase.
Litecoin becomes available immediately after updating. Upgrade to the new version and work with LTC as easily as with any other currency in BitHide!

Notifications Added for Low Billing Balance
Now, you’ll never miss the moment when it’s time to top up your billing balance!
- Set your own balance threshold – choose the minimum amount you want to receive reminders to replenish your balance.
- If your balance drops below this threshold, BitHide will send alerts to your Telegram channel and show notifications in the interface until you top up.
This way, you’ll always stay in control and can top up on time to avoid unexpected service interruptions.

Added Telegram Notifications for Administrator Login Requirement
The Administrator must log in for BitHide to work after a server update or restart (including unplanned restarts).
If this step is missed, the wallet will not launch its core functionality – users will not be able to log in, addresses will not be generated, and transactions will not be sent.
To prevent downtime, BitHide now sends notifications:
- Right after the system starts, a Telegram message will notify you about the launch.
- Until the Administrator logs in and starts the wallet, BitHide will regularly remind you in Telegram.
This way, you can react quickly, avoid downtime, and control your wallet completely.
Interface Updates Now Require Server Updates First
Version mismatches between the interface and the server can cause issues in BitHide. Some features may display incorrectly, be unavailable, or appear in the interface before the server supports them.
To prevent such problems, BitHide will no longer suggest updating the interface to a version that is ahead of the server side.
Notification Added for GUI and Server Version Mismatch
If you manually installed an incompatible interface version or missed the version check, BitHide will catch it anyway. After logging in, you’ll immediately see a warning about the version mismatch, and an orange indicator will light up next to the settings button in the top menu.
Additionally, the interface version at the bottom of the settings panel will be highlighted in orange, and a tooltip will explain the issue.

Added New Address Selection Logic for Withdrawals – Starting with the Lowest Balances
If you have many addresses and process payments regularly, you’ve probably encountered the issue of accumulating addresses with small leftover balances. Over time, these addresses clutter your portfolio, complicate balance management, and slow down large transactions.
We’ve added a new option to give you more control – now, you can configure BitHide to withdraw funds starting from addresses with the smallest balances.
How it works?
BitHide now supports three address selection logics for withdrawals:
- By large balances (default) – funds are first withdrawn from addresses with the largest balances. This reduces the number of addresses used in a transaction and speeds up large transfers.
- By address age – older addresses are prioritized first, helping gradually close older wallets (for example, when withdrawing funds from archived clients).
- By smallest balances (new) – funds are withdrawn from addresses with the smallest balances first, helping to "clean up" your portfolio and evenly distribute funds.
This new logic is especially useful if:
- You need to remove small balances from a large number of addresses.
- You aim to keep your funds evenly distributed across your portfolio.
- You are willing to spend more time on such a withdrawal for a “general cleanup”.

Coming Soon to BitHide: Table Filters
The next BitHide update will make with data even easier – tables will get built-in filters that stay applied even when you switch between pages.
What exactly will be added?
- Column filters – set parameters directly in the table without extra steps.
- Auto-saving settings – filters stay active once applied even if you switch pages and return later.
- Quick reset – clear all selected filters in just two clicks and start a new search instantly.
What does this mean for you?
- Less manual work – more productivity.
- A more flexible and user-friendly way to manage data.
- Full control – filters stay applied until you choose to reset them.
We’re constantly improving BitHide, adding valuable features and enhancing stability. Stay with us – even more great updates are coming your way!
