USDC-ERC20 Support Added
We’re excited to introduce USDC support on the Ethereum network (ERC-20) in BitHide – one of the world's most reliable and popular digital currencies! This stablecoin is pegged to the US dollar and is known for its stability and convenience for various financial operations.
Why this matters:
- Stability: USDC maintains a 1:1 ratio with the US dollar, making it an excellent choice for transactions and fund storage.
- Reliability: backed by leading financial and blockchain companies, ensuring transparency and security.
- Strengthening your portfolio: you can now use USDC-ERC20 for deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions directly in BitHide.
Adding USDC opens up new possibilities for your crypto portfolio, giving you access to a trusted and widely accepted financial tool. Try it out and see how convenient it is!
AML Risk Details Modal Window Improved
We’ve updated the AML risk details modal window to make it even more informative and helpful:
- More detailed fund source tracking: you can now see not just the risk category but also the specific services involved in fund movements, such as exchanges, swap services, or other platforms if identified.
- The AML service provides this information if incoming transaction checks are enabled in your Global AML Settings. If the AML service detects a counterparty’s name, it will be displayed in the risk details of the analyzed address.
- Clear counterparty identification: internal addresses are marked with a blue BitHide label, while external counterparties (if identified) are displayed with names. The text color (green, orange, red) indicates the associated risk level.
- Quick access to key actions: the “Check address again” button and the last check date are now positioned next to the address risk level, allowing you to see data relevance instantly and quickly request a recheck when needed.
These improvements make AML risk analysis more transparent, convenient, and actionable, helping you make informed decisions faster.
Balance Top-Up Address and Debt Amount Added
If your account is temporarily locked due to a negative billing balance, you no longer need to contact support to resolve it. We’ve made the process as quick and simple as possible.
What’s changed:
- When you try to log in, you’ll see a pop-up with your billing balance details and the top-up address.
- You can easily copy the address with one click or scan a QR code for fast payment.
- Once the balance is topped up, you can log in to BitHide immediately.
These changes allow you to manage account restrictions independently, saving time and streamlining the process.
