Crypto Payroll: Notifications and Reports for Payroll Projects
Crypto Payroll is an administrative plugin within BitHide for managing custodial BitHide Mobile wallets. In this release, we’ve added two new tools: employee notifications and transaction reports, making corporate payouts even easier to manage.
Notification Center
A new section has been added with two tabs:
- Scheduled – create notifications in advance, edit or delete them if plans change.
- History – view sent notifications and re-send them when needed.

We’ve also added empty states with a quick-create button, filters for search, and a unified modal interface, which is used when creating, editing, or resending a notification.

Transaction Reports
The second new feature is the Reports section with a Transaction Reports table. It consolidates all payout information:
- user logins and groups,
- mobile user IDs and wallets,
- transaction amounts and fees,
- statuses and directions (Mass Payment, Internal, External),
- sender and recipient addresses,
- user comments and order types.

Reports support column-based filtering (e.g., by date, amount, or status) and export to CSV or XLSX, making analysis and data storage outside BitHide convenient.
Try the updated Crypto Payroll – managing payouts is now simpler, faster, and more transparent.
Crypto Swap: Updated Form and Smart Address Selection
We’ve redesigned the swap form in BitHide: fields are now more compact and intuitive, amounts are calculated directly in the interface, and the swap button is disabled if the data is incomplete or the amount is too small. Protection against accidental repeated operations has also been added.

Address Selection Rules
Swaps can now use address selection rules. This lets you define the order in which addresses are added to the operation:
- Large to small balance or Small to large balance,
- Old to new addresses or New to old addresses,
- Most AML risky first or Less AML risky first.
Important: only addresses that meet AML criteria are used for swaps – overall risk no higher than 75% and no more than 10% of funds from High Risk categories.
This approach provides you with more control over swaps and ensures that both balance and compliance requirements are considered.

Confirmation Modal Window
The confirmation window is now more convenient: the recipient address is displayed in full, amounts are neatly formatted, and warnings or notes are clearly highlighted – nothing will go unnoticed.

The updated Crypto Swap not only simplifies the exchange process but also gives you control over exactly where the funds are coming from – in line with your rules and AML requirements.
Double Approval: New Statuses, Fees, and Auto Withdrawal
We’ve improved the Payments Overview page so you can better track amounts, fees, and statuses at every stage, and expanded the capabilities of two-step approval.
Initial Amount and “Partially Completed” Status
Each payment now shows an Initial amount – the original amount specified when it was created.
After the payment is completed, the actually sent amount is displayed. If the actual transfer is smaller than requested, the payment receives a final status of “Partially completed”.

New Columns in the Table
The Payments Overview table now includes new data:
- Initial amount – shows the amount specified when creating the payment,
- Fee – displays the cost of the operation.
The fee now updates dynamically: at the creation and confirmation stages, it displays the estimated fee, and after completion, it shows the actual fee deducted.
For proxy payments, the aggregation fee is also taken into account, first shown as an estimated amount and then updated with the final amount across all transactions.

Auto withdrawal Approval
Auto withdrawal now also goes through double approval. On the Payments Overview page, it is displayed as a separate type with its own icon and status, allowing you to filter by “Auto withdrawal”.
In the Initiator column, the user who created the Auto withdrawal rule is displayed.

Double approval has become more transparent: you can now see both the initial and actual amounts, as well as the estimated and deducted fees. Additionally, you can review Auto withdrawals alongside other payment types.
Useful Improvements
Internal Ethereum Transactions
Internal ETH transfers are now processed correctly and displayed in the interface. You can now see the full picture of fund movement, including nested transactions and contract calls.
BHUSD Balance Is Now Visible to All Users
Previously, the balance was only displayed to administrators. Now, regular users can also view it, with the option to hide or show the amount. This helps track when it’s time to top up the balance for AML checks to work properly.
Updated Payment Page
We’ve improved the interface and interaction on the Payment Page – setting up payment acceptance is now easier.
Create a payment button with the required parameters and embed it into your website – everything’s ready to use!
Thank you for choosing BitHide. Together, we’re making it better.
See you in the next updates!
